Asian Community Network (ACN) was conceived to bring awareness to the public Asian cultural diversity, to strengthen the relationship between Asian Americans and the communities in which Asian live and work. ACN long term goal is to promote and preserve the rich Asian Cultural heritage by showcasing Asian fine arts, providing educational events, resources, and services to our members, and our communities at large.
We form this organization to establish an annual event, an Asian Fest to draw visiitors to celebrate and share arts and cultures, food, promote businesses from communities in and arounding Elgin. We hope to continue to grow relationship through strong participations of many people regardless of origin and ethnicity. The annual Asian Fest will be recognized as one of the major special events in Metro Chicago.
